Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall 2019-292. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall also require this repair. Safety Risk: A daytime running light that is dimmed or not working could make the car less visible to others and increase the risk of a crash. The heat sink or complete right headlight will be replaced as necessary.

20186442018-11-21. Lights And Instruments. Certain vehicles do not to conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 114 - Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention. Due to incorrect programming, the vehicle may fail to provide an audible warning when a driver opens their door after turning off the ignition, and the key is left in the ignition switch. This could increase the risk of vehicle theft. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the instrument cluster.
20185342018-09-26. Lights And Instruments. Certain vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The right (passenger side) headlamp may not be positioned correctly, which is contrary to the requirements of the standard. This may reduce the night time visibility for the driver, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the right (passenger side) headlamp.
