TT2013022023-07-10. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS; EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Be aware that fuel lines are color coded on vehicles with return fuel pressure lines. The black line is for fuel pressure supply and the blue line is for fuel pressure return. To verify correct line installation, remove the metal cover exposing the fuel pump flange assembly (generally under the rear seat). Refer to the ELSA Repair Manual for specific location. Check for raised arrows on the flange housing. The black line (Fuel Pressure Supply) attaches to the connection with the arrow pointing away from it. The blue line (fuel return) attaches to the connection with arrow pointing to it.

For concerns of rattle noise from the interior light assembly, the issue can be corrected with self-adhesive felt from the squeak and rattle kit or by using part number 533-863-288-A (Felt Strip) from ETKA. Cut the felt strip to 5mm x 30mm and place it in the left rear corner of the interior light assembly housing, see figure 1 below. For best results use felt strip that is 1.5mm ? 3mm thick.

When replacing the complete vehicle lock set (all vehicle keys and lock cylinders) for any reason, be aware that the ?Adapt keys? test plan will not allow the new keys to adapt to the vehicle. Instead, perform the test plan for ?New identity?. During this test plan, make the appropriate selection to indicate only the lock set has been replaced, as shown below in figures 1 and 2.
