This is caused by the phone Hands Free volume being too low. These settings may need to be reapplied any time the phone is paired to a new head unit, a phone update is applied, or the phone is un-paired and re-paired.

Difficulty to pair the phone. ? Intermittent Bluetooth® failure to connect to the vehicle when first turning on the vehicle. ? Various Bluetooth® Audio functions are no longer functioning with customer?s phone such as ability to change the track using the steering wheel controls. These concerns can be caused by changes made on the customer?s phone. Make sure to inquire with the customer if the connectivity concerns occurred after receiving an operating system update on their phone, or if they have restored their phone data/settings recently.

The paint stains may appear to be under the clear coat but are usually under wrinkles in the Rapgard. The wrinkles may trap water and cause the paint to stain from the trapped moisture, especially on horizontal surfaces, such as the hood, roof, and trunk. TSB: Some 2016 - 2018 model year Prius and Tacoma, 2017 - 2018 model year Prius Prime and Sienna, and 2018 model year Camry and Camry Hybrid vehicles may exhibit a MIL ON condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P261093 (ECM/PCM Engine Off Timer Performance No Operation) present. The Engine Control Module (ECM) (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition. TT: Complete refrigerant recovery from the HVAC system may be difficult and may require additional time during cold ambient temperatures for the following reasons: * Increased refrigerant volume for this system design. * The refrigerant that remains in the accumulator has a tendency to stay in a liquid state during low ambient temperatures.
