| 2010143 | 2010-05-03. Heater And Defroster. On certain buses, a heater coolant flow valve actuator O-ring may allow coolant leakage into the heater core compartment and the actuator Printed Circuit (PC) board area, potentially causing overheat and melt. An overheated and/or melted actuator may result in a vehicle fire causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the dash heater actuator with a more robust version. |
