| 2022528 | 2022-09-20. Visual System. Issue: The window automatic reversal system may not react correctly after detecting an obstruction. This could cause the window to close with too much force before it stops and retracts. Also, the window may not retract enough after detecting an obstruction. As a result, the power windows do not pass certain tests under Canadian safety regulations. Safety Risk: A window that closes with excessive force could pinch a person and create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Tesla will email a notice to owners and provide an over-the-air firmware update to fix this condition. |

| 2021784 | 2021-12-21. Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, a cable in the trunk harness could become damaged over time. If this happens, the rearview camera image may not appear on the center display when backing-up. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Tesla will notify owners by e-mail and arrange for an inspection of the trunk harness. Tesla Service will install a harness protector to prevent further wear and will replace the harness, as required. |
