| 2022538 | 2022-09-23. Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain vehicles, the side reflex reflectors in the headlamp assemblies may not reflect enough light at some viewing angles. Additionally, the low beam reflector in the left headlamp may not reflect light correctly. As a result, the reflectors may not meet the requirements of Canadian regulations. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with halogen headlamps. Safety Risk: Reflex reflectors that do not reflect enough light may make the vehicle less visible to other road users. A low beam that is not reflected correctly could cause glare for oncoming drivers. Both issues could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Subaru will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. |

| 2022394 | 2022-07-21. Lights And Instruments. Issue: Over time, the backup lamp switch could corrode and fail. If this happens, the backup lamps will not turn on when the transmission is shifted into reverse and the shift position will not display. Additionally, for vehicles equipped with a rearview camera, the camera image will not appear on the display in the instrument cluster. Safety Risk: Backup lamps that do not work properly could cause a person not to recognize that the vehicle is backing. A rearview camera image that does not display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Subaru will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect, and if necessary, replace the backup lamp switch. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
