- [23V609000](/recalls/nhtsa/23V609000.md), 2023-08-31: EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TURN SIGNAL. Subaru of America, Inc. \(Subaru\) is recalling certain 2022 BRZ and Toyota GR86 vehicles.  The rear turn signals may intermittently become inoperative.

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2023485](/recalls/tc/2023485.md), 2023-08-31: Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain vehicles, the rear turn signals may not work if a bright light \(such as bright sunlight\) shines directly on them.  Safety Risk: Turn signals that don't work properly may cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes. Hazard lights that don't work could make the vehicle less visible. Both could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Subaru will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace both rear combination lamp assemblies.
