- [1997164](/recalls/tc/1997164.md), 1997-09-29: Lights And Instruments. Certain vehicles do not comply with CMVSS 108 \- Lighting.  The section titled "horizontal aim" in the owner's handbook does not specifically instruct how to adjust the horizontal aim of the headlamps for these vehicles.  Correction: A label with the correct information on headlamp horizontal aim will be placed over the existing text in the owner's handbook.
- [1997163](/recalls/tc/1997163.md), 1997-09-29: Seats And Restraints. On certain vehicles, if the driver or front passenger safety belt is pulled out much faster than normal a number of times, the lock\-up feature of the retractor may not work properly. In a rapid deceleration or crash, the occupant would then not be properly restrained.  Correction: Driver and front seat passenger seat belt retractors will be replaced.
