Service bulletins for the 2023 Rolls-Royce Ghost

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

RRA122024052025-01-02. Service campaign. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. A small number of Rolls-Royce Phantom (RRll/RR12), Ghost (RR21/RR22), Spectre (RR25), and Cullinan (RR31) vehicles have been identified as having a potential software issue concerning the personal e-SI M profile. As a result, vehicle telephone and Wireless Area Network (WLAN) hotspot functions via the personal e-SIM may operate with a delay or not operate sporadically. The problem has been rectified with vehicle software version 24-77-540 (RR21-24-11-540 for RR21/RR22, RR25 and SlSA-24-11-540 for RR11/RR12, RR31), which is included in 1ST A version 4.50.4x.
RRA122022072023-01-30. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. A Rolls-Royce Phantom (RR11/12), Ghost (RR21/22) and Cullinan (RR31) vehicles have been identified as having a potential issue concerning the 2 x coolant pipe connections at the cylinder head. The coolant pipe retaining clips (jubilee clips) may not have been fitted in the correct position, which could result in a coolant leak.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
