Customers may experience one or more of the following:False front object detection warning when a trailer is connected to the vehicle. Chime sounds when backing away from an object in front of the vehicle. Park assist system latches off when a trailer or snow plow is disconnected during the same key cycle. The system disabled message will still be displayed and the system will be turned off until a new key cycle.

Take picture of head unit display so we can verify what part of the image is not functioning (Surround View vs. Rearview Camera) 2. Take vehicle scan and config report so we can verify s/w, DTCs, and vehicle config 3. If rear camera is not functioning, disconnect and reconnect the camera to ensure that the same camera is still not functioning. We want to ensure that the connection at the rear camera is secure. 4.
