Customers may experience one or more of the following: Radio wireless connectivity Inoperative. Screen Lockup, Slow Response (rear view camera still operable). Caller cannot hear the driver and/or driver cannot hear the caller. Cannot switch stations after a call, lockup due to the phone remaining onthe call.
