Take picture of head unit display so we can verify what part of the image is not functioning (Surround View vs. Rearview Camera) 2. Take vehicle scan and config report so we can verify s/w, DTCs, and vehicle config 3. If rear camera is not functioning, disconnect and reconnect the camera to ensure that the same camera is still not functioning. We want to ensure that the connection at the rear camera is secure. 4. If the window switch is held in the up position for at least two seconds,the obstruction auto-down function may not work. Windows may go up slower than expected.
