Service bulletins for the 2015 Porsche Panamera

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

531 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

Bulletins, newest first
122-J8S9J-112017-10-15. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Customer complaint about loss of coolant, visible on the underside of the engine/where the vehicle was parked. Sometimes a yellow warning comes on in the instrument cluster with the information message? "Refill coolant Observe engine temperature". Component tolerances between the coolant pipe flange and distributor housing can cause leaks.
122-Y6G5Z-112017-10-15. Service bulletin. ENGINE. The unwarranted errormessages "Hybrid system fault" and "Reduced engine power" can appear sporadically in the instrument cluster on the affected vehicles under certain driving conditions because the diagnostic function for the hybrid decoupler is too sensitive. If this happens, engine power will be reduced and the Check Engine light will be activated until the ignition is switched off and on again.
122-C9F4B-052017-09-14. Service bulletin. ENGINE. Concerns: DME control unit Information: This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles. New data records for the DME control unit are available for the affected vehicles. The new data records optimise the engine's knock control, thereby making it more resilient in terms of knock resistance, particularly for lower quality fuels.
122-Q5C4S-062017-07-28. Service bulletin. ENGINE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING. Issue: Oil in the wiring harness. Information: If oil is found in the engine wiring harness during a repair, the wiring harness and all the affected components (including the oil pump control valve) must be replaced.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
