Service bulletins for the 2013 Porsche 911

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

526 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

Bulletins, newest first
No. 11-142020-10-01. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Technical information on Checking Dual-Mass Flywheel (DMF) on Vehicles with PDK.
No. 43-102020-08-05. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Various repair symptoms and their associated repairs for all PDK transmissions.
122-T4N8F-052020-05-05. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Porsche intranet posting for Workshop Campaign WLA4.
122-T7L9Z-052020-05-05. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Workshop Campaign instructions for WS Campaign WLA4 - Retrofitting Heat Shield.
122-E6U4B-122019-02-25. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:LEVER AND LINKAGE:COLUMN SHIFT. Subject: Shift lever Information: The shift lever can move in longitudinal direction during load changes in 4th gear.
122-D3S6B-062017-09-14. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:CLUTCH ASSEMBLY. Concerns: Clutch master cylinder return line Information: This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles. A return line for the clutch master cylinder that does not meet the required specifications was installed in the affected vehicles. As a result, there is a possibility that brake fluid may leak out at the return line connection to the reservoir and the message "Warning Brake fluid level" may be activated in the multi-function display.
122-R2J7H-062017-08-01. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; EQUIPMENT; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). Concerns: Electronic logbook in Porsche Communication Management (PCM) 3.1 Information: This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles. Implausible entries can appear in the logbook (e.g. negativemileage, double entries) on the affected vehicles due to incorrect PCM software. Earlier entries in the logbook can even be overwritten in some cases.
122-X7S6C-062017-08-01. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:CLUTCH ASSEMBLY; POWER TRAIN:MANUAL TRANSMISSION. Concerns: Electric change-over valves Information: This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles. There is the possibility that electric change-over valves, which may be susceptible to the ingress of moisture due to insufficient sealing, were installed in the affected vehicles. This can cause the change-over valves to malfunction over time. As a result, control over the closing valves in the clutch cooling system (PDK) and gear wheel set (PDK and manual transmission) may be impaired. In extreme driving situations (e.g. race starts, high ambient temperature, frequent gear changes), the transmission or clutch could overheat.
122-P4U9T-062017-08-01. 122-D6U5E-062017-08-01. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. Concerns: PDK control unit Information: This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles. A shift rod movement at a shift gate that was not selected can be detected incorrectly on the affected vehicles due to a software error. As a result, fault code "P1767 - Hydraulic multiplexer fault" can be stored in the fault memory of the PDK control unit and the PDK transmission can switch to the reduced driving programme until the ignition is switched off and on again.
122-G7E5R-062017-08-01. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Concerns: PDK transmission Information: There is a possibility of moisture condensing in the vent line of the PDK transmission under certain environmental influences and getting into the inside of the PDK transmission through the ventilation connections. The transmission oil/water emulsion created as a result of this is deposited on the inner contacts of the multiple plug connection for the PDK transmission and causes electric shunt circuits there. If this happens, the PDK transmission can malfunction, e.g. switch to the reduced driving program (limp-home mode).
TI-85-132014-03-29. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. PORSCHE: A NEW TYPE OF VENT LINE MUST BE USED, IF PDK TRANSMISSION NEEDS REPLACING, AND INSTALLED PRIOR TO NEW PDK TRANSMISSION. MODEL 2013-2014 911 CARRERA, 911 CARRERA S, 911 CARRERA 4, 911 CARRERA 4S. *PE
TI-65-132014-01-30. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. PORSCHE: SOME VEHICLES MAY EXPERIENCE MOISTURE CONDENSING IN THE VENT LINE OF THE PDK TRANSMISSION AND GETTING INSIDE OF THE TRANSMISSION. THE FOLLOWING FAULT CODES MAY BE STORED P172D, P17F1 P17F2, P18CA, AND P18CB. MODELS INCLUDE 911 CARRERA (991)/911 CARRERA S (991) AND 911 CARRERA 4 (991)/911 CARRERA 4S (991) MODEL YEARS 2014-2014. *JS
