Concerns: Tension ropes for tension bow Information: This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles. Due to a supplier's manufacturing problem, the tension ropes for the convertible-top tension bow do not meet the required specifications and can tear. If a tension rope is torn, the correct tensioning of the convertible top covering can no longer be guaranteed.

There is the possibility that the wind deflector will not reach its end position when closing the convertible top in the event of unfavorable tolerances on the affected vehicles. As a result, the convertible top cannot be closed completely.

Concerns: Wind deflector Information: This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles. There is a possibility that the wind deflector will not reach its end position when closing the convertible top in the event of unfavourable tolerances on the affected vehicles. As a result, the convertible top cannot be closed completely. To prevent this, the wind deflector on the affected vehicles was greased as an immediate step as part of workshop campaign WC40. In the course of this new campaign, the wind deflector must be replaced with a technically optimised wind deflector as a long-term effective measure.
