19870691987-07-03. Lights And Instruments. ON VEHICLES WITH FOGLAMPS, THE HEADLAMP CIRCUIT BREAKER MAY OVERHEAT AT LOW BEAM RESULTING IN AN INTERMITTENT HEADLAMP CIRCUIT. AN INTERMITTENT CIRCUIT COULD CAUSE THE HEADLAMPS AND FOGLAMPS TO SUDDENLY GO OUT. UNDER NIGHTTIME OR SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS, THIS COULD REDUCE VISIBILITY AND RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: WIRING WILL BE REVISED FOR THE FORWARD LAMP CIRCUIT ON SUSPECT VEHICLES.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
