Paccar Incorporated \(Paccar\) is recalling certain 2004\-2013 Peterbilt 379, 357, 378, 367, 388, 365, 389, 385 and 386 trucks manufactured from April 3, 2003, through October 25, 2013 and equipped with tri\-drive rear axles and a tag or pusher axle.  The affected vehicles may be missing required information from the certification label, specifically  the tag or pusher axle the gross axle weight rating, suitable tire and rim information, and recommended tire pressure information.  Without this information, the vehicles do not comply with the requirements of 49 C.F.R. Part 567, "Certification." Built 2003\-04\-03 to 2013\-10\-25.
- [07V269000](/recalls/nhtsa/07V269000.md), 2007-06-26: TRAILER HITCHES. ON CERTAIN TRUCKS, THE REMOVABLE TOW HITCH ,WHEN USED TO TOW OR LIFT A VEHICLE, CAN FAIL DUE TO DEFECTIVE MATERIAL IN THE TOW HITCH. Built 2005\-05\-31 to 2007\-01\-09.

- [2009247](/recalls/tc/2009247.md), 2009-08-19: Engine. On certain vehicles equipped with a Caterpillar C15 engine, the Variable Valve Actuation \(VVA\) oil line may wear against the P\-clip retaining the oil line.  An oil leak could result in a vehicle fire causing property damage and/or personal injury.  Correction: Caterpillar dealers will replace the VVA oil line with an updated version.
- [2007209](/recalls/tc/2007209.md), 2007-06-21: Other. On certain trucks, the removable front tow hitch assembly may fail.  This could result in personal injury or property damage if the assembly failed during the un\-decking or towing of a vehicle.  Correction: Dealers will replace the tow pin assembly with a revised version.
