## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2015095](/recalls/tc/2015095.md), 2015-03-05: Label. Certain vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 120 \- Tire Selection and Rims. The tire information label may indicate incorrect tire pressure, understated by 5 PSI, or a tire/rim/inflation pressure combination for which the maximum GAWR is slightly below the GAWR of the vehicle. Underinflated tires may not be capable of supporting the maximum load as reflected by the GAWR and GVWR specified on the certification label, which could cause tire failure resulting in injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Manufacturer will mail new tire and rims certification label.
- [2013420](/recalls/tc/2013420.md), 2013-11-26: Label. On certain trucks manufactured with tri\-drive rear axles and a tag or pusher axle, the compliance label may be missing the tag or pusher Gross Axle Weight Rating \(GAWR\), suitable tire and rim information, and recommended tire inflation pressure information. Correction: Owners will be provided with updated labels and installation instructions.
- [2009013](/recalls/tc/2009013.md), 2009-01-16: Emissions. On certain vehicles, the Aftertreatment Regeneration Device \(ARD\) may develop a hole allowing heat and flame to escape during a regeneration of the Diesel Particulate Filter \(DPF\). This condition could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
- [2008349](/recalls/tc/2008349.md), 2008-09-24: Other. On certain trucks, the inadequate stiffness of the Diesel Particulate Filter \(DPF\) bracket could result in the separation of the DPF from the chassis, which could result in personal injuries or death to motorists or bystanders. Correction: Caterpillar dealers will replace bracket as necessary.
