# Service bulletins for the 2019 Peterbilt 367

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

45 bulletins from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

- [16\-044](/bulletins/11005516.md), 2024-08-02, Service bulletin: SUSPENSION. Fix As Fail The height control valve \(HCV\) rod on vehicles with low air leaf suspensions is prone to toggling over center during rough road conditions. With full suspension articulation, HCV bracket flexes and toggles over center the HCV linkage, which results in either deflated airbags or makes them unable to inflate. Fix\-as\-fail start date is 07/30/2024.
- [E273](/bulletins/10245639.md), 2023-12-02, Service bulletin: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. This will reduce downtime and save on maintenance costs for eligible vehicles.
- [14\-043](/bulletins/10222269.md), 2022-10-05, Service bulletin: SUSPENSION. Fix\-As\-Fail On certain chassis with Low Air Leaf Suspension or Low\-Low Air Leaf Suspension, the Height Control Valve \(HCV\) arm may be rubbing on other components when the bend in the arm is facing outboard. Flipping the bend in the HCV arm inboard prevents the rub.
- [13\-060](/bulletins/10219235.md), 2022-09-06, Service bulletin: SERVICE BRAKES. The service information for Bendix Air Dryer maintenance is being updated to include new procedures.

A frame mounted left\-hand marker light bracket interferes with the rear fuel tank fill location. A redesigned bracket can be purchased that relocates the marker bracket to the front fuel tank bracket to eliminate interference.
- [43\-071](/bulletins/10201965.md), 2021-10-05, Service bulletin: FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL. Fix\-As\-Fail – Due to undersupply issues, only a limited supply of Diesel Exhaust Fluid \(DEF\) sensors are available. As a temporary solution, after PACCAR confirms a DEF sensor is not available, a temporary software update will allow a vehicle to continue operation with a failed DEF sensor by disabling the DEF sensor diagnostics.
- [21\-PBD](/bulletins/10198809.md), 2021-07-06, Service bulletin: FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. Safety Recall – Cummins Fuel Rail Leak – NHTSA ID: 21V391 / TC: 2021\-323, Cummins Recall: C2423. Fix as Fail: Peterbilt has introduced an improved mounting bracket for low mount air tanks for vehicles built between January 01, 2017 and July 06, 2020. Torsional vibration may stress the currently\-installed brackets and cause them to fail near the bottom of the frame rail.
- [20PBE](/bulletins/10180809.md), 2020-10-06, Service bulletin: POWER TRAIN; EQUIPMENT. Safety Recall: Peterbilt has decided that a condition could exist in certain model 348, 365, 367, 389, 520, and 567 vehicles built between 11/19/2019 and 4/09/2020. Vehicles equipped with Watson \& Chalin SL2065 lift axles may have lower rear pivot bolts that are not long enough to sufficiently engage the locking feature of the corresponding nuts. In some cases, this condition may cause a loss of clamp load of the pivot joint \(arm to axle\). Extended use of the lift axle in this condition can result in foreign object debris on the roadway, increasing the risk of a crash and/or injury.
