- [19V452000](/recalls/nhtsa/19V452000.md), 2019-06-14: EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TURN SIGNAL; EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TAIL LIGHTS. PACCAR Incorporated \(PACCAR\) is recalling certain 1990\-2020 Peterbilt 320 and 520 vehicles built with specific amber rear turn signals. The turn signals may also light up with the stop/tail lights when the brakes are applied. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Built 1989\-06\-01 to 2019\-04\-30.

Excessive engine crankcase pressures may cause the 90\-degree elbow of the vent tube assembly to detach from the crankcase ventilation breather, possibly allowing engine oil to come into contact with hot surfaces. Built 2007\-07\-27 to 2015\-04\-28.
- [15V108000](/recalls/nhtsa/15V108000.md), 2015-02-24: STEERING:LINKAGES:TIE ROD ASSEMBLY. PETERBILT IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 320 TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH HENDRICKSON HLR2 NON\-STEERING PUSHER AXLE FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS." ## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2015211](/recalls/tc/2015211.md), 2015-05-15: Engine. On certain vehicles equipped with Cummins Westport ISL\-G engines, excessive engine crankcase pressure could cause the vent tube assembly elbow to detach from the breather. This could allow engine oil to come in contact with hot surfaces, increasing the risk of fire resulting in injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install clamps at both ends of the elbow of the breather tube assembly and reprogram the Electronic Control Module \(ECM\) to improve diagnostic capabilities.
- [2015078](/recalls/tc/2015078.md), 2015-02-20: Steering. On certain vehicles, the tie rod end clamp bolts may not have been tightened to the correct specification. As a result, the tie rod ends could loosen, corrode, and eventually separate from the tie rod, resulting in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace tie rod assembly where the factory installed assembly has not been replaced.
