- [19V452000](/recalls/nhtsa/19V452000.md), 2019-06-14: EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TURN SIGNAL; EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TAIL LIGHTS. PACCAR Incorporated \(PACCAR\) is recalling certain 1990\-2020 Peterbilt 320 and 520 vehicles built with specific amber rear turn signals.  The turn signals may also light up with the stop/tail lights when the brakes are applied.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Built 1989\-06\-01 to 2019\-04\-30.

ON CERTAIN TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH CATERPILLAR 3126E HYDRAULICALLY CONTROLLED ELECTRONICALLY ACTUATED UNIT INJECTED DIESEL ENGINES WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY PUMPS \(HEP8\).  THE PUMP COMPONENTS MAY EXPERIENCE A HIGH PRESSURE SEAL FAILURE WHICH CAN RESULT IN A SHORT PERIOD OF ROUGH RUNNING AND SUBSEQUENT ENGINE STALL DUE TO A LOSS OF INJECTION ACTUATION PRESSURE. Built 2002\-08\-15 to 2002\-10\-15.
