NTB19-0462019-07-22. Service bulletin. ENGINE; EQUIPMENT. ENGINE SUPPORT TOOLS SERVICE INFORMATION A new Engine Support Tool and Engine Support Bracket are now available to allow the CVT to be removed from the Applied Vehicles without having to remove the engine. The procedure in this bulletin is different from the procedure currently in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), which will be updated with this information at a later date. Please refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE to use these new tools: - Front Wheel Drive (FWD) ? pages 2-18 - All Wheel Drive (AWD) ? pages 19-37
NTB14-060c2019-07-22. Service bulletin. ENGINE. ABNORMAL NOISE FROM FRONT ENGINE MOUNT SERVICE INFORMATION A two-piece design front engine mount is currently being used for the Applied Vehicles listed. A single thunk noise may be heard during the first few accelerations of the day from this type of mount, and is considered normal operation. The mount has also been designed with built-in free play that is normal. Under normal driving conditions: - A thunk noise may be heard during the first few accelerations of the day, And - Does not occur again, or at any other time. DO NOT REPLACE THE MOUNT: - If it has free play or a ?single event? thunk sound during the first few accelerations of the day. This is considered a normal characteristic of this type of engine mount. - Allowable free play (vertical movement) is 5 mm. - If a shift shock condition is present when shifting from Park into gear or between any combination of gears. This condition is due to transmission line pressure and not movement of the mount. - If a whistle type noise is heard. This is caused by a disconnected vacuum line. NOTE: Refer to the appropriate section of the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) related to transaxles for further diagnostic information on shift shock. Warranty claims for front engine mount replacement due to a whistle noise or a mount that has 5 mm or less free play will be denied.
NTB19-0382019-06-24. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. DEAD PEDAL REPLACEMENT SERVICE INFORMATION If the dead pedal needs to be replaced for any reason, it is no longer necessary to replace the front floor trim (carpet). The dead pedal is now available as a service part. NOTE: Do not replace the carpet if only the dead pedal is needed. ACTION Follow the SERVICE PROCEDURE on the next page to replace ONLY the Dead pedal. NOTE: Dead pedal is listed in PARTS INFORMATION on the last page.

IF YOU CONFIRM The MIL is ON with one or more of the following Air/Fuel (A/F) Sensor DTCs stored: - P0171 (Fuel Injection System Function) - P0174 (Fuel Injection System Function) - P2097 (A/F SENSOR 1) - P2099 (A/F SENSOR 1) ACTION 1. Perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure outlined in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). 2. Refer to Table A on page 2 and page 3 to confirm if Electronic Control Module (ECM) reprogramming is needed.

AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT FLASHING INDICATING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC MODE IF YOU CONFIRM The air bag warning light is flashing slowly (repeating 2 seconds ON, 2 seconds OFF). NOTE: If this should occur, the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit is in Diagnostic Mode and needs to be returned to User Mode. ACTION 1. Use CONSULT-III plus to check for Air Bag DTCs and perform repairs as needed. 2. Return the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit to User Mode.
