IF YOU CONFIRM The microphone of an applied vehicle does not work. - The person receiving your call through Bluetooth® cannot hear you. And Voice Recognition does not respond to any commands. NOTE: DTCs U1A01 and/or U1A02 may be found stored. ACTION 1. Confirm TCU reprogramming will resolve the issue. - Refer to ?Issue Confirmation? on page 2. 2. If confirmed, reprogram the TCU.
NTB18-017	2018-03-26. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. NISSAN; SERVICE INFORMATION FOR DTCS B2EF0 AND B130C This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with Telematics. SERVICE INFORMATION Diagnostic information in the Electronic Service Manuals (ESM) for the following DTCs may be missing or incorrect: -B2EF0 ? INTERNAL BATTERY (CIRC VOLT BELOW THRESHOLD) -B130C ? TCU (Telematics Control Unit) PAIRING ERROR If one of these DTCs is stored, follow the steps listed below along with the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) to compete the required repairs. DTC B2FE0 ? INTERNAL BATTERY (CIRC VOLT BELOW THRESHOLD): 1. Start the engine and let it idle for 30 minutes (to allow charging of the TCU internal battery). -2018 LEAF only: Put the vehicle in Ready to Drive mode (depress the brake pedal and depress the power [?ignition?] switch) for 30 minutes. 2. Verify the DTC can be erased. 3. If the DTC will not erase, replace the TCU. DTC B130C: 1. Collect all keys, and then re-register them to the vehicle. 2. Verify the DTC can be erased. 3. If the DTC will not erase, replace the TCU. NOTE: The related Electronic Service Manuals (ESM) will be updated at a later date. CLAIMS INFORMATION Refer to the current Nissan Warranty Flat Rate Manual and submit a claim for the repairs performed.

ADAS SYSTEM DTC C1A03, C1A04, AND/OR C1B01 SERVICE INFORMATION This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) or Forward Emergency Braking (FEB). SERVICE INFORMATION If the following ICC/ADAS codes are stored, make sure to follow the diagnostic procedures in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) before replacing any parts. C1A03 ? VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR -The diagnostic procedure in the ESM includes check and, if needed, repair for ABS DTCs before replacing ADAS components. -If repairs are performed for the ABS system; when compete, perform DTC Confirmation Procedure again before doing any additional repairs. C1A04 ? ABS/TCS/VDC SYSTEM -The diagnostic procedure in the ESM includes check and, if needed, repair for ABS DTCs before replacing ADAS components. -If repairs are performed for the ABS system; when compete, perform DTC Confirmation Procedure again before doing any additional repairs. C1B01 CAM AIMING INCMP -The diagnostic procedure in the ESM includes check and, if needed, repair for LANE CAMERA DTCs before replacing ADAS components. -LANE CAMERA DTC may require adjustment of the lane camera. -If repairs/adjustments are performed for the Lane Camera; when compete, perform DTC Confirmation Procedure again before doing any additional repairs.

NISSAN; INTELLIGENT KEY IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION TIPS This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with Intelligent Key only. SERVICE INFORMATION When replacing or adding an Intelligent Key, it is very important to make sure the correct Intelligent Key is selected from the parts department. - A running change was made that will help identify the correct Intelligent Key. - Beginning in late 2017 and early 2018 the last five digits of the Intelligent Key part number is marked on the Intelligent Key under the mechanical key. - See page 2 for location images of this part number addition. NOTE: - A correct Intelligent Key may or may not have the last five digits of the part number as shown on page 2. - The above running change was applied as a ?help? to identify the correct Intelligent Key for a given vehicle, but the actual part number listed in the parts catalog did not change. - Make sure to use the electronic parts catalog (FAST) or equivalent to confirm the correct Intelligent Key for a given vehicle.
