ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT. 2019-2021 ALTIMA AND 2021 ROGUE; AC INOPERATIVE WITH DTC B20C8-14 STORED IF YOU CONFIRM The AC compressor is not engaging when the AC is in the ON position as indicated by the yellow illumination on the AC button, And DTC B20C8-14 ECV (ELECTRICAL CONTROL VALVE) is stored in the IPDM. SERVICE PROCEDURE 1. Clear the DTC, and follow the DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE in the ESM. • If DTC B20C8-14 is past, AC compressor operation is inhibited until the DTC is cleared. • If DTC B20C8-14 returns after being cleared (either Current or Past status), follow the ESM diagnosis procedure. • For models with Automatic Air Conditioning, go to section: VENTILATION, HEATER & AIR CONDITIONER > HEATER & AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL SYSTEM > AUTOMATIC AIR CONDITIONING > DTC/CIRCUIT DIAGNOSIS > B20C8-14 ECV (ELECTRICAL CONTROL VALVE). • For models with Manual Air Conditioning, go to section: VENTILATION, HEATER & AIR CONDITIONER > HEATER & AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL SYSTEM > MANUAL AIR CONDITIONING > DTC/CIRCUIT DIAGNOSIS > B20C8-14 ECV (ELECTRICAL CONTROL VALVE).

NTB21-0092021-02-06. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. DTC B12A3-72 FOR FUEL PUMP RELAY STUCK OPEN SERVICE INFORMATION DTC B12A3-72 (Fuel Pump Relay Stuck Open) may be stored when the IPDM monitor circuit internally sees 0V to ground at pin #46. This is caused by an internal short to ground in the IPDM or one of the IPDM fuses listed below is open. If B12A3-72 is current or reoccurs after erasing DTCs, inspect the model specific fuse first. If the fuse is not open replace the IPDM. • Altima – Fuse # 58 (page 2) • Kicks – Fuse # 54 (page 3) • Versa – Fuse # 61 (page 4) For additional IPDM diagnostic information refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM): Section ELECTRICAL & POWER CONTROL > POWER CONTROL SYSTEM > IPDM E/R.
