AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT FLASHING INDICATING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC MODE IF YOU CONFIRM The air bag warning light is flashing slowly (repeating 2 seconds ON, 2 seconds OFF). NOTE: If this should occur, the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit is in Diagnostic Mode and needs to be returned to User Mode. ACTION 1. Use CONSULT-III plus to check for Air Bag DTCs and perform repairs as needed. 2. Return the Air Bag Diagnosis Sensor Unit to User Mode.

VOLUNTARY SERVICE CAMPAIGN 2013-2017 ALTIMA ENGINE CONTROL MODULE REPROGRAM This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with a 4-cylinder engine. INTRODUCTION Nissan is conducting this voluntary service campaign on certain specific model year 2013-2017 Altima vehicles that are currently registered in the States of Arizona or Nevada. The Engine Control Module (ECM) software will be reprogrammed. This service will be performed at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Nissan has assigned identification number PC633 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communication and documentation of any nature dealing with this campaign. DEALER RESPONSIBILITY Dealers are to repair vehicles falling within range of this campaign that enter the service department. This includes vehicles purchased from private parties, vehicles presented by transient (tourists) owners, and vehicles in a dealer?s inventory.

CAMPAIGN BULLETIN Engine Control Module (ECM) Reprogram Regional (NV & AZ) Voluntary Service Campaign ***** Campaign Summary***** Nissan is conducting a Regional Voluntary Service Campaign to reprogram the Engine Control Module (ECM) on affected vehicles currently registered in Nevada and Arizona. The current programming may cause the air/fuel ratio to become excessively rich resulting in engine stop under certain high temperature and high altitude conditions. In addition, Nissan is asking dealers to inspect and, if necessary, replace the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve on certain 2013-14 Nissan Sentra vehicles. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm or DBS National Service History - Open Campaign I.D. Due to the various models involved and the associated responsible manufacturing location of origin, there are three (3) separate campaign IDs with unique Campaign Bulletins for each model: - PC633 - PM827 - P8325 New vehicles in dealer inventory can be also be identified using DCS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information NOTE: These campaigns are state-specific and limited to vehicles that are currently registered, or previously registered, in the state of Nevada or Arizona only. 2. Nissan requests dealers repair any affected vehicles in retailer new or pre-owned inventory to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Dealers should use the appropriate repair bulletin for the applicable model as listed below to correct any vehicles subject to this campaign. 4. Once repaired, dealer should submit a warranty claim and release the vehicle.
NTB18-0062018-06-18. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. 2016-2018 ALTIMA WITH QR25DE/4-CYL ENGINE; MOAN NOISE AFTER A/C COMPRESSOR ENGAGES This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with a 4-cylinder engine. IF YOU CONFIRM A moan type noise is heard just after the A/C is turned ON (compressor engages) and lasts for about 10 seconds and/or While the A/C is operating and the compressor clutch cycles from OFF to ON, the moan noise is heard for about 10 seconds. ACTION Replace the low pressure A/C flex hose with the one listed in PARTS INFORMATION. Do NOT replace the compressor for this incident, if it should occur. This bulletin does not apply for compressor clutch locked, squeal noises, or any other A/C malfunctions.
