THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN, PROVIDED TO DEALERS, PROVIDES A FIELD FIX PROCEDURE TO ADDRESS FALSE MIL ILLUMINATION WITH DTC P2097 STORED IN THE ECM. TO MINIMIZE FALSE MIL ILLUMINATION, THIS SOFTWARE UPDATE OPTIMIZES THE TARGET A/F RATIO ADJUSTMENT CONDITION WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS DEPRESSED AND RELEASED SUDDENLY. FOR AFFECTED 2011 − 2013 MODELS, THE LINEAR AIR−FUEL SENSOR (LAFS) MUST ALSO BE REPLACED. |
