ATIN-20-SR-003-C2020-08-08. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; SUSPENSION. This Advanced Technical Information Notice was sent to dealers as an update to ATIN-20-SR-003B informing that due to a parts availability delay of the Crossmember, customer vehicles requiring a replacement of the crossmember are unable to be completed at this time. Additionally, this notice informed dealers that an Interim Owner Notification Letter was mailed to affected owners on July 17th, 2020 to inform customers that MMNA is making every effort to establish a remedy and will contact them again by mail with a follow-up recall notice once parts are in stock and the final remedy is available.

ATIN-20-SR-003-B2020-07-20. Service bulletin. ENGINE; STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERS; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. This Advanced Technical Information Notice was sent to dealers informing them of the upcoming recall being released for the inside and outside surfaces of the front cross members used on certain vehicles, if exposed long term to snow melt water and anti-freezing agents, may corrode due to insufficient performance of the rust protection.
ATIN-13-SC-004-A2020-04-24. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. A service campaign will be launched December 19, 2013 to update the ECM software programming in certain 2008 - 2014 Lancer Evolution, 2009 - 2014 Lancer Ralliart, and 2009 - 2011 Lancer Sportback Ralliart built before September 25, 2013. This service campaign will be conducted in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. A Service Campaign Bulletin outlining the reprogramming procedure will be available December 19, 2013 on MEDIC and MDL. In certain affected vehicles, normal Electric Throttle Valve (ETV) fluctuations may cause actual torque to exceed Permitted Torque at low engine speeds. An improper Permitted Torque threshold may then cause false MIL illumination. A software update optimizes the Permitted Torque threshold value to minimize false MIL illumination.
SC-13-0042020-04-24. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. This Service Campaign Bulletin provides field fix procedures for reprogramming the ECM with new software to address false MIL illumination with torque monitor P1241 (2008-2010 models) or P061A (2011-2014 models) stored in memory.
TSB-13-11-0042020-04-04. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. The timing chain upper guide was eliminated from certain vehicles beginning October 1, 2009 with 4B11 (Non-turbo or Turbo-charged) and 4B12 engines. This TSB provides updated service manual information.
TSB-13-42A-0032020-04-04. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES. This TSB supercedes TSB-09-42A-015, issued October, 2009, to update affected vehicles, add Outlander Sport and add FAST Key case part numbers. Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) integrated key case and FAST Key Transmitter case repair kits are now available. If the plastic parts of the key are broken or missing, but the key functions properly, use the appropriate service parts kit instead of replacing the entire key assembly. When replacing only the key case, it is not necessary to program immobilizer, RKE and OSS functions. For integrated RKE keys, once the electronic components are transferred to the new case, the key can be cut to the vehicle's key code.

The Mechatronic assembly (valve body and TCM) and the clutch assembly are now available as service parts. This TSB provides instructions for transmission overhaul that were not included in the service manual.
TSB-13-22-0022020-03-18. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:CLUTCH ASSEMBLY. Procedures are now available for W6DGA TC-SST clutch assembly replacement. This TSB provides the necessary steps to complete diagnosis, clutch assembly replacement, and complete "Teach-in" procedures for the TCM. This TSB is used together with the Service Manual, TSB-16-22-003: "TC-SST Transmission and Mechatronic Assembly Diagnosis and Repair," and TSB-13-22-003: "TC-SST Diagnosis and Overhaul - Service Manual Revision," to provide procedures for the complete and accurate diagnosis and repair of the TC-SST transmission.

TSB-12-13-0062020-01-25. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some affected vehicles may display ! ENGINE SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED on the MID and DTC P0012 may be recorded in ECM memory, but the MIL is not illuminated. An incorrect parameter in the judgment criteria may cause mis-detection of a fault even though the timing chain elongation rate remains within the specified allowance. This TSB provides a procedure to reprogram the ECM, confirm the oil control valve and timing chain are not at fault, and reset the timing chain learned value.
TSB-12-13-0052020-01-25. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some affected vehicles may display an illuminated MIL with DTC P0420: Warm Up Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold, recorded in the ECM. An incorrect parameter in the judgment criteria may cause a false MIL (mis-detection of a fault when an abnormal condition is not present). This TSB provides dealers with a procedure to reprogram the ECM with new software to correct the condition.
