- [2025213](/recalls/tc/2025213.md), 2025-04-17: Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by a Mercedes\-Benz dealer during recall 8297011 \(Transport Canada recall no. 2024\-105\) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required.  On certain vehicles, the 80 A fuse may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the fuse could overheat and fail. If this happens, there could be a sudden loss of power to the wheels. This could also cause the instrument cluster not to work.  Safety Risk: A fuse and wiring that overheats can create the risk of a fire. A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Warnings, tell\-tales and gauges that don't display could also increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Mercedes\-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the main fuse box.

This could also result in a sudden loss of engine power while driving. Note: This is an expansion of Transport Canada recall 2023\-353.  Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Mercedes\-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the fuel delivery module.
- [2023542](/recalls/tc/2023542.md), 2023-10-06: Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, the starter wiring harness may have been routed incorrectly. As a result, the wiring could be damaged by contact with the driveshaft. If this happens, the wiring could short circuit and melt or cause a loss of power to the wheels.  Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Wiring that overheats and melts could create the risk of a fire.  Corrective Actions: Mercedes\-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the starter wiring harness, and re\-route it as necessary. If the wiring harness is damaged, the dealer will repair or replace it, as necessary.
