CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: REPEATED CONTACT CAN WEAR A HOLE IN THE TUBE, CAUSING AIR PRESSURE TO BE LOST DURING BRAKE APPLICATION. THIS COULD RESULT IN IMPAIRED BRAKING CAPABILITY AND AN ACCIDENT.
