20244552024-08-09. High Voltage. Issue: On certain vehicles, the pyro fuse housing may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the pyro fuse could loosen and cause damage to the electrical wiring. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels. Additionally, the pyro fuse may not work during a crash or part of the fuse could detach and be propelled towards the driver's feet. UPDATE - After Mercedes-Benz notified Transport Canada about this problem, they determined that there are no Canadian vehicles affected by it. Accordingly, this safety recall was withdrawn. Safety Risk: There is no safety risk, as there are no Canadian vehicles affected by this problem. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. This notice was published for information only.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
