Recalls that may apply to the 1999 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class

A recall listed here may apply to a vehicle of this year, make and model. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle: check the VIN with the official lookups.

Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
19990351999-03-03. Seats And Restraints. On certain CLK cabriolet vehicles, the weld nut at the top of the "B-pillar" which is used to secure the front seat belt shoulder anchor bolt may have an inadequate weld. In the event of a collision, the weld may not maintain design integrity and may fail. Correction: Front seat belt shoulder anchor bolts will be replaced with a reinforced version.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
