15-002-21-38122021-08-03. Service bulletin. Some customers may experience a SBS/SCBS, LAS/LDWS and/or HBC warning light on. A system error message may also be found in the center display. DTC U3000:04-0A (Forward sensing camera (FSC) internal malfunction). DTC U3000:04-0A (Forward sensing camera (FSC) internal malfunction) is stored in the FSC module and cannot be erased. This concern may be caused by a hardware failure of an internal device of the FSC, which results in a malfunction detection. To eliminate this concern, the production process of the FSC has been modified.
MT-010-182019-02-19. Service bulletin. Some vehicles (with MAZDA CONNECT) may exhibit a condition where DTC U0323(PCM) / U0423(ABS) /U3000(IC) CANNOT be deleted when the TPMS warning light flashes and/or the TCS/DSC indicator lights are illuminated. This can happen if the ignition is turned OFF within 20 seconds after the ignition is turned ON in one of the following two situations. 1. The ?ROOM? fuse (Engine compartment) is NOT installed when battery level is low. 2. The CMU (Connectivity Master Unit) is NOT connected.
