- [21V875000](/recalls/nhtsa/21V875000.md), 2021-11-12: FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP. Mazda North American Operations \(Mazda\) is recalling certain 2018 Mazda3, Mazda6, 2019 CX\-3, 2018\-2019 MX\-5, CX\-5, CX\-9, and 2019\-2020 Mazda2 vehicles.  The impeller inside the low\-pressure fuel pump may crack and deform, potentially causing the fuel pump to fail.
- [19V403000](/recalls/nhtsa/19V403000.md), 2019-05-30: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING. Mazda North American Operations \(Mazda\) is recalling certain 2018 CX\-9 vehicles.  The wiring harness may disrupt electrical communications and disable the passenger frontal air bag, turn signals, and/or engine starting system. Built 2017\-09\-12 to 2017\-11\-09.

- [2021696](/recalls/tc/2021696.md), 2021-11-12: Fuel System. Issue: On certain vehicles, the fuel pump could fail. If this happens, the engine may run rough or may not start and the check engine light may turn on. This could also result in a sudden loss of engine power while driving.  Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power while driving could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Mazda will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the fuel pump.
- [2019256](/recalls/tc/2019256.md), 2019-05-30: Airbag. Issue: A problem with a wiring harness connector could cause the airbag system, turn signals or engine starting system not to work properly. It could also cause false warning lights to come on in the instrument cluster after starting the vehicle.  Safety Risk: An airbag system that does not work properly in a crash could create a risk of injury. A loss of turn signal function could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to repair the wiring harness and connectors.
