## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2023021](/recalls/tc/2023021.md), 2023-01-24: Electrical. Issue: On a small number of LR Electric models, a relay for the coolant heater could fail. If this happens, the heater could stay energized when there is no coolant flow or a low coolant level. Safety Risk: A coolant heater that stays energized could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealership to update the hybrid powertrain control unit and instrument cluster software. The dealer will also install replacement relays.
- [2022295](/recalls/tc/2022295.md), 2022-06-07: Steering. Issue: On certain trucks, the steering gear may not have been assembled correctly. As a result, the steering gear could break and cause a loss of steering. Safety Risk: A loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect the serial number on the steering gear, and replace it, if necessary.
