- [26V351000](/recalls/nhtsa/26V351000.md), 2026-05-28: WHEELS:LUGS/NUTS/BOLTS/STUDS. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2026 Anthem \(AN\), 2026\-2027 Pioneer PR \(4\), Pinnacle \(PI/PN\), Granite \(GR\), and 2027 Anthem AN \(4\) vehicles. The wheel lug nuts may loosen and allow the wheel to detach. Built 2025\-06\-03 to 2026\-05\-19. **NHTSA advises: do not drive until the repair is done.**
- [25V495000](/recalls/nhtsa/25V495000.md), 2025-07-29: SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:DRUM. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2026 Mack GR trucks. The brake drum and steer axle combination are incompatible, which may cause a loss of brake function. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 121, "Air Brake Systems." Built 2025\-02\-06 to 2025\-04\-10.
- [25V352000](/recalls/nhtsa/25V352000.md), 2025-05-28: SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:DRUM; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2026 Granite trucks. The incorrect drive axle brake drums were installed, resulting in an incorrect load rating on the door jamb label. Built 2025\-03\-04 to 2025\-05\-07.

- [2026265](/recalls/tc/2026265.md), 2026-05-29: Wheels. Issue: On certain trucks, the wheel nut\(s\) could loosen and cause the wheel\(s\) to detach.  Safety Risk: A wheel separation could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a wheel that separates could create a road hazard for others.  Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Mack advises you not to drive your truck until the recall repairs have been completed. Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a dealership to arrange for an inspection of the wheels and hubs. Any damaged parts will be replaced.
