- [25V666000](/recalls/nhtsa/25V666000.md), 2025-10-06: SEAT BELTS:FRONT:ANCHORAGE. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2020\-2025 Mack MD, 2019\-2025 Anthem, Granite, 2024 MD Electric, and 2025 Pinnacle trucks equipped with a passenger bench seat. The seat belt anchorage bracket may be improperly welded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." Built 2018\-01\-30 to 2024\-07\-25.
- [24V792000](/recalls/nhtsa/24V792000.md), 2024-10-23: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:ANTILOCK/TRACTION CONTROL/ELECTRONIC LIMITED SLIP:CONTROL UNIT/MODULE. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2020\-2025 Anthem, Granite, TerraPro and Pinnacle vehicles, equipped with Bendix EC80 Advanced Electronic Control Units \(ECU\).  Electrical noise and low signal to the power line carrier may cause the ECU to incorrectly process commands or stop working.
- [24V773000](/recalls/nhtsa/24V773000.md), 2024-10-18: TIRES. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2019\-2025 GR and 2018 GU Granite vehicles equipped with non\-DOT tested tires.  The tires may not have been DOT tested and confirmed to be sufficient for the vehicles.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 119, "New Pneumatic Tires \- Other Than Passenger Cars."
- [24V122000](/recalls/nhtsa/24V122000.md), 2024-02-19: SERVICE BRAKES, AIR. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2022\-2024 Granite vehicles.  The air tanks have an insufficient volume of air for the brake system.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
- [23V792000](/recalls/nhtsa/23V792000.md), 2023-11-22: VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2023\-2024 GR, AN, LR, and Terrapro vehicles.  The engine may not return to idle within 2 seconds if the accelerator pedal position sensor becomes disconnected.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 124, "Accelerator Control Systems."

The turn signals may be positioned incorrectly, reducing their visibility.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
- [23V143000](/recalls/nhtsa/23V143000.md), 2023-03-03: STEERING:CRITICAL FASTENERS. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2023 Granite \(GR\) vehicles.  The front\-drive steer axle fasteners may not have been tightened sufficiently and could come loose, resulting in a complete separation of the axle assembly joints.
- [22V295000](/recalls/nhtsa/22V295000.md), 2022-05-03: SERVICE BRAKES, AIR. Mack Trucks, Inc. \(Mack\) is recalling certain 2022 Granite trucks.  The air tanks have an insufficient volume of air for the brake system.  As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2025531](/recalls/tc/2025531.md), 2025-10-06: Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain trucks, the passenger\-side seat belt anchor may not have been secured to the floor properly. As a result, the seat belt could detach in a crash. Note: For the MD model, this recall also affects certain 2025 model year MD electric vehicles.  Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches could increase the risk of injury in a crash.  Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to reinforce the passenger\-side seat belt anchor.
- [2024632](/recalls/tc/2024632.md), 2024-10-24: Brakes. Issue: On certain trucks, poor signal strength could cause the electronic control unit \(ECU\) to stop working or not to work properly. As a result, some safety systems may not work, including the antilock braking system, automatic traction control, electronic stability control, active cruise control and the collision mitigation system.  Safety Risks: Vehicle safety systems that don't work correctly could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to reprogram the ECU software.
- [2023474](/recalls/tc/2023474.md), 2023-08-25: Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain trucks, the front turn signals may not be visible from certain angles. As a result, the trucks don't meet the requirements of the Canadian regulations.  Safety Risk: Turn signals that aren't visible from certain angles may cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes. This could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to install additional front turn signals.
- [2022295](/recalls/tc/2022295.md), 2022-06-07: Steering. Issue: On certain trucks, the steering gear may not have been assembled correctly. As a result, the steering gear could break and cause a loss of steering.  Safety Risk: A loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect the serial number on the steering gear, and replace it, if necessary.
