| 2019037 | 2019-01-25. Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, the down-view mirror may detach from the passenger’s door. Safety Risk: A mirror that falls from the vehicle could strike another vehicle or pedestrian. This may create the risk of an injury or crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to secure the mirror. The dealer will add additional fasteners and a reinforcement plate as needed. |
