# Service bulletins for the 2023 Lincoln Nautilus

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

57 bulletins from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

- [TSB 26\-2092 V2](/bulletins/11037678.md), 2026-10-01, Service bulletin: STRUCTURE:BODY; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. This article supersedes TSB 25\-2466 to add Bronco Sport, Escape, Maverick and Corsair, as well as removing Expedition and Navigator. One time use parts for Corsair and Bronco Sport were also added to the parts list. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit a headliner rattle or sagging condition around the roof opening panel. This may be due to the adhesive separating from the headliner substrate.
- [TSB 26\-2341 v2](/bulletins/11037661.md), 2026-10-01, Service bulletin: UNKNOWN OR OTHER; POWER TRAIN. This bulletin supersedes 26\-2171. Reasons for update: update the Parts list to add a note to clarify the application of the part numbers W520102\-S442 and 4S4Z\-3N324\-AA "FWD Only". Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit all of the following conditions: Shudder condition, most noticeable at speeds below 60 mph \(100 km/h\) No relevant diagnostic trouble codes \(DTC\) present Traceable shudder event with IDS/FDRS reading \*\(Figure 1\)\* This condition may be perceived/felt as an engine misfire. This may be due to a concern with the output planetary assembly.
- [SSM 55031](/bulletins/11035269.md), 2026-07-28, Service bulletin: UNKNOWN OR OTHER; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2021\-2026 Ford/Lincoln vehicles may exhibit various symptoms including but not limited to the auto start/stop system not operating as intended with a "Check Charging System" message in the instrument panel cluster \(IPC\) while the charging system is operating properly with no charging related diagnostic trouble codes \(DTC\) stored. This may be due to someone using an aftermarket programmer to change the body control module \(BCM\) configuration to disable the auto start/stop system or perform other unsupported programming modifications. To correct this condition on F\-150 and Bronco vehicles, download and run the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System \(FDRS\) application titled "BCM\-Charging System Configuration Correction". Running this application will determine if the BCM configuration was modified by the customer and if so, provide the option to return the configuration back to factory settings. For other vehicle models exhibiting concerns related to unsupported aftermarket BCM programming, submit a Technical Support Request \(TSR\) requesting support to revert the BCM configuration
- [ECG\-26.2.11.4.1 Nautilus](/bulletins/11035255.md), 2026-07-28, Over\-the\-air update: UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Quality improvements include: \- Enhanced system performance, disk usage limits and memory monitoring

- [TSB 26\-2328](/bulletins/11035099.md), 2026-07-20, Service bulletin: POWER TRAIN; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. This bulletin supersedes 26\-2194. Reason for update: update the Parts list to correct a part description " Loctite 638", update the claim quantity for the drain/fill plug, update the claim quantity of the wheel hub bolts \(Corsair\) and limited the parts list for Edge/Nautilus to only the rear drive unit fluid. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit all of the following conditions: Shudder chatter condition, most noticeable at low speeds turning No relevant diagnostic trouble codes \(DTCs\) present This may be due to internal rear drive unit \(RDU\) fluid contamination.
- [TSB 26\-2297](/bulletins/11034134.md), 2026-06-29, Service bulletin: UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit at least one of the following conditions: \* Intermittent or permanent no reverse engagement. \* Illuminated malfunction indicator lamp \(MIL\) with diagnostic trouble code \(DTC\) P0767 stored in the powertrain control module \(PCM\). In addition to the required conditions, the vehicle may also exhibit a harsh reverse engagement, DTC P0766 and/or P2703. This may be due to an internal mechanical concern with the selectable one\-way clutch \(SOWC\).
- [SSM 54773](/bulletins/11031632.md), 2026-04-28, Service bulletin: UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2021\-2023 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit inoperative phone as a key and no communication with the remote function actuator \(RFA\) module. There may also be diagnostic trouble code \(DTC\) U0214 stored in various modules for loss of communication with the RFA module. To correct the condition, remove the RFA fuse \(F19\) located in the body control module \(BCM\). After one minute, reinstall the fuse to re\-establish communication with the RFA module. Reprogram the RFA module using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System \(FDRS\). For claiming, use causal part 14G617 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.

In addition to the required conditions, the vehicle may also exhibit a harsh reverse engagement, DTC P0766 and/or P2703. This may be due to an internal mechanical concern with the selectable one\-way clutch \(SOWC\).
