Ford Motor Company \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2019 Lincoln Nautilus vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 19V031. The lane center assist system may not adequately detect if a driver has their hands off the steering wheel for a prolonged period of time. Built 2018\-09\-05 to 2018\-11\-12.

Ford Motor Company \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2019 Ford Mustang, Lincoln Nautilus, and Lincoln Navigator vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 19V076. At vehicle start\-up, the Instrument Panel Cluster Assembly \(IPC\) may not function, showing a blank display.  As a result, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 101, "Controls and Displays." Built 2018\-11\-06 to 2018\-12\-21.

Ford Motor Company \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2018\-2022 Transit Connect, 2019\-2020 MKZ, MKX,  Edge, Continental, F\-150, Nautilus, Fusion, 2019\-2023 Ranger, Mustang, 2020\-2021 EcoSport, Expedition, Navigator, 2020\-2022 Escape, F\-250 SD, Corsair, 2020\-2023 Aviator, Transit, 2020\-2024 Explorer, 2021\-2024 Bronco Sport, and 2022\-2024 Maverick vehicles. A software error may cause the rearview camera to display a blank image, or the image may remain on the display after the backing event has ended. Built from 2018\-09\-06.

Ford Motor Company \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2019\-2020 Edge, Transit Connect and Lincoln MKX and 2020 Escape and Lincoln Corsair vehicles.  The start/stop accumulator endcap may have missing or loose bolts.

Ford Motor Company, Inc. \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2016\-2018 Lincoln MKX and 2019\-2020 Nautilus vehicles equipped with 16\-way electric tilt seats.  The seat cushion frame edge may contact the wire harness when the seat occupant uses the tilt function of the seat, potentially damaging one or more wires within the harness, which can result in either inadvertent deployment of the air bag or nondeployment of the air bag in the event of a crash.

Ford Motor Company \(Ford\) is recalling certain 2019 Lincoln Nautilus vehicles that are not equipped with Adaptive Front Steering.  The plastic cover on the driver frontal air bag module may detach during air bag deployment. Built 2018\-10\-11 to 2018\-10\-19.

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2025360](/recalls/tc/2025360.md), 2025-06-27: Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the vehicle is reversing.  Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the SYNC software.
- [2020335](/recalls/tc/2020335.md), 2020-07-20: Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the wiring for the front seats could be damaged when a person uses the tilt function. As a result, certain system in the vehicle may not work properly. Depending on which wires are damaged, the occupant classification system may not work properly. This can cause the passenger airbag to not work properly in a crash. The damage could also cause the driver or passenger front airbag to deploy suddenly without a crash. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with 16\-way power front seats.  Safety Risk: An airbag that does not deploy properly in a crash could increase the risk of injuries. A sudden airbag deployment when there is no crash could also create a risk of injury.  Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to install protective tape on the exposed edge of the cushion frames. The dealer will also inspect the wire harness and repair or replace it, as needed.
- [2019017](/recalls/tc/2019017.md), 2019-01-14: Steering. Issue: Certain vehicles may not detect when the driver removes their hands from the steering wheel while using adaptive cruise control with lane centering. If this occurs, the driver may not be alerted by warnings to hold the steering wheel. This system is not designed for hands\-free operation.  Safety Risk: A driver may not be warned to put their hands back on the steering wheel, which could increase the risk of a crash.  Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a Ford or Lincoln dealer for an update of the software for the Power Steering Control Module.
