Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC \(Land Rover\) is recalling certain 2010 Land Rover Range Rover vehicles, originally sold, or ever registered, in Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia, or "Zone B."     Unless included in "Zone B" above, Land Rover is recalling certain 2009 Land Rover Range Rover vehicles, originally sold, or ever registered, in Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming or "Zone C."    These vehicles are equipped with certain air bag inflators assembled as part of the passenger frontal air bag modules used as original equipment or replacement equipment. In the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the passenger frontal air bag, these inflators may explode due to propellant degradation occurring after long\-term exposure to absolute humidity and temperature cycling. Built 2008\-06\-25 to 2009\-05\-08.

- [15V039000](/recalls/nhtsa/15V039000.md), 2015-01-27: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:POWER ASSIST:HYDRAULIC:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC \(Land Rover\) is recalling certain model year 2006\-2012 Land Rover Range Rover vehicles manufactured April 15, 2005, to September 4, 2012.  One or both of the flexible front brake hoses may rupture causing loss of brake fluid. Built 2005\-04\-15 to 2012\-09\-04.
- [09V261000](/recalls/nhtsa/09V261000.md), 2009-07-09: VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD. LAND ROVER IS RECALLING 40 MODEL YEAR 2009 RANGE ROVER VEHICLES.  DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS IT WAS IDENTIFIED THAT PRIMER, APPLIED BY AN AUTOMATED GLAZING ROBOT, WAS NOT BEING DISPENSED ONTO THE GLASS.  THIS OMISSION CAN LEAD TO THE CHEMICAL BONDING BETWEEN THE PRIMER AND THE POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE NOT BEING ACTIVATED AND THEREFORE THE WINDSHIELD NOT CHEMICALLY BONDED TO THE VEHICLE.  WHERE THE WINDSHIELD IS NOT CHEMICALLY BONDED, WATER COULD ENTER THE VEHICLE AND/OR THERE MAY BE INCREASED WIND NOISE. Built 2009\-04\-17 to 2009\-05\-12.

## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19

- [2018010](/recalls/tc/2018010.md), 2018-01-08: Airbag. On certain vehicles, long\-term exposure to high absolute humidity and temperature, combined with high temperature cycling, could eventually degrade the propellant contained in the passenger frontal airbag. This could cause the airbag to deploy with more force than normal. As a result, if the vehicle were involved in a collision that warrants airbag deployment, fragments could be propelled toward vehicle occupants, and the airbag assembly could be damaged, preventing proper function. These issues could increase the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the passenger frontal airbag module. Note: Canadian climate results in the propellant degrading slowly. The recall is being conducted as a precaution to address future risk, and is expected to replace the passenger frontal airbag module before their function would be affected.
- [2015029](/recalls/tc/2015029.md), 2015-01-26: Brakes. On certain vehicles, The front brake hoses may rupture. This could cause a loss of front brake function, causing increased brake pedal travel and reducing braking performance. This could result in increased stopping distances and result in a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction:  Dealers will replace the front brake hoses.
- [2009211](/recalls/tc/2009211.md), 2009-07-13: Other. Certain vehicles may have inadequate windshield adhesive bonding as primer failed to be applied by the automated glazing robot during vehicle assembly.  This omission may result in a windshield bond that does not meet the retention requirements of CMVSS 212.  As a result, the windshield may not be retained during a vehicle crash, which could increase the risk of personal injury or death.  Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, remove the windshield and re\-install it correctly.
