Upon further diagnosis, the technician may find DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) P208A-13 and P208C-11 stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
LTB01197NAS22019-02-19. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. The air suspension system may be too firm and an 'Adaptive Dynamics Fault' message may be displayed on the Instrument Cluster. This message will be displayed until the ignition has been switched OFF and ON, and will continue to display each drive cycle until this Technical Bulletin has been completed.

Examples of these may include: Exterior lighting, Interior lighting, Sun roof blinds, Steering Wheel Adjust, Eco stop start etc... One or more of these symptoms may be accompanied by DTC U1000-00 (Solid State Driver Protection Active - Driver Disabled) present in the BCM. If DTC U1000-00 is not present in the BCM do not continue with this SSM. Continue to diagnose and repair the inoperative BCM output as necessary using Topix as a guide.
