During interrogation DTC?s P054A-00, P0014-71, P000B-00 and/or P0341- 00, P054A-00, P0303-00 and P0302-00 will be stored within the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

Issue: A Technician will find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) relevant to catalyst system efficiency, P0420-00 stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) could also be illuminated.
LTB01254NAS12018-11-13. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The engine MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) may be illuminated and a restricted performance message may be displayed. Upon further investigation, DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) P0299-77 is stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) P0715-64 and P0700-02 may be stored in the Transmission Control Module (TCM) and a 'Gearbox Fault' warning message may be displayed on the Instrument Cluster.

A 'Traction Reduced' warning message may be displayed on the Instrument Cluster and a 'juddering' noise may be heard when the steering is in the full lock position, such as during low speed maneuvers and parking. Upon further diagnosis, the technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U2000-4B stored in the Rear Differential Control Module (RDCM).

Issue Customer may complain that ? Gearbox fault is displayed on the Instrument Cluster (IC) Flashing ?D? on the Transmission Control Switch and/or Instrument Cluster (IC) following an ECO Stop/Start event. ONLY DTCs P0715-64 and P0700-02 are stored in the Transmission Control Module (TCM) P0715-64 - Input/Turbine Shaft Speed Sensor "A" Circuit - signal plausibility failure P0700-02 - Transmission Control System (MIL Request) - general signal failure. If there are any other DTCs stored in the TCM they must be investigated and rectified prior to carrying out the instruction detailed in this SSM. The concern detailed in this SSM is applicable to 2017 and 2018 MY vehicles and typically occurs at low mileage (below 2500 miles/4000 kilometres) and affects vehicles fitted with the 8HP45 or 8HP70 automatic transmission.
LTB01156NAS12018-05-29. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); ENGINE. The engine Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) may be illuminated on the Instrument Cluster (IC) with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P132B-77 stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
SSM734092018-04-23. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN. Issue: Powertrain Transmission Module Learn Adaption routine has been instated on SDD/Pathfinder.
LTB01128NAS12018-04-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). A customer may be unable to select a transmission gear and/or start the engine. A 'Gearbox fault' message may also be displayed on the Instrument Cluster (IC). Switching the ignition 'OFF' and then 'ON' clears the fault. Upon further diagnosis, a Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U0402-09 stored in the Transmission Control Switch (TCS). DTCs U0402-00 (stored in the Powertrain Control Module [PCM]) and/or U0404-64 (stored in the Transmission Control Module [TCM]) may also be found.
