- [2026442](/recalls/tc/2026442.md), 2026-09-17: High Voltage. Issue: On certain vehicles, the DC/DC converter could fail. As a result, the 12 V battery would not charge and a red "Stop Safely Electrical Fault Detected" warning message would be displayed. If this happens, and you continue to drive the vehicle, there could be a loss of power to the wheels and/or the vehicle's lights could turn off. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2026\-196. Vehicles repaired under that recall don't require this repair. This recall only affects certain mild hybrid electric vehicles \(MHEV\). Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.
