Some 2021MY Seltos (SP2), K5 (DL3A) and Sorento (MQ4a, MQ4 KH) models are equipped with a new Auto-Shut Off feature, which automatically shuts off the engine after a set time period. This feature will help reduce fuel consumption and prevent carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning.

This is a normal operation of the ADAS and once environment conditions improve and/or substance/debris are removed, the system will clear itself and operate normally.
