| 1996056 | 1996-04-10. Lights And Instruments. NOTE: VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH FEDERAL MOGUL SIGNAL-STAT TURN SIGNAL SWITCHES. THE WIRES THAT CORRESPOND TO THE VEHICLE'S REAR TURN SIGNALS MAY HAVE BEEN REVERSED WHEN INSTALLED IN THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR. A SWITCH MANUFACTURED WITH THIS DEFECT WILL CAUSE THE REAR TURN SIGNALS TO FLASH OPPOSITE FROM THE DIRECTION INTENDED BY THE DRIVER. CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND, IF NECESSARY, SIGNAL SWITCHES WILL BE REPLACED. |
