- [14V014000](/recalls/nhtsa/14V014000.md), 2014-01-24: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY. PACCAR Incorporated \(PACCAR\) is recalling certain 2012 through 2014 model year Kenworth K300 and Peterbilt 210 and 220 chassis equipped with Sure Power\-brand battery equalizers or DC\-DC converters containing a particular epoxy sealing, aka 'potting', compound. The specific potting compound used in the subject products for electrical insulation was found to be capable of conducting electricity after being exposed to heat. Built 2011\-11\-23 to 2014\-01\-02.

- [2014305](/recalls/tc/2014305.md), 2014-07-22: Electrical. On certain trucks equipped with Sure Power power distribution modules, excessive play in electrical connections may result in unexpected loss of exterior lighting, anti\-lock braking system and/or windshield wipers, as well as engine shutdown. These issues could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Owners will be instructed to install nylon tie wraps to temporarily secure electrical connectors. Once repair parts become available, dealers will install connector securement devices.
- [2014021](/recalls/tc/2014021.md), 2014-01-24: Electrical. On certain vehicles equipped with Sure Power battery equalizers and/or convertors, the equalizer and/or convertor could develop an internal short circuit, resulting in a risk of overheating, smoke and/or fire. This may result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Delaers will replace affected converters and/or equalizers.
