Chrysler \(FCA US, LLC\) is recalling certain 2014\-2019 Ram 1500 and 2014\-2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with 3.0L Diesel engines. The crankshaft position sensor tone wheel may delaminate, causing the engine to lose its ability to synchronize the fuel injector pulses and cam shaft timing, possibly resulting in an engine stall. - [22V406000](/recalls/nhtsa/22V406000.md), 2022-06-09: FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL:DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP. Chrysler \(FCA US, LLC\) is recalling certain 2014\-2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and 2014\-2019 Ram 1500 vehicles equipped with 3.0L diesel engines. A high pressure fuel pump \(HPFP\) failure may introduce internal debris into the fuel system, potentially resulting in fuel starvation. - [20V191000](/recalls/nhtsa/20V191000.md), 2020-09-10: BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA. Chrysler \(FCA US LLC\) is recalling certain 2020 Jeep Gladiator and Jeep Cherokee, 2019\-2020 Ram 1500 Pickup, Ram 2500 Pickup, Ram 3500 Pickup, Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Durango, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Wrangler, and Jeep Renegade and 2019 Dodge Challenger vehicles equipped with 8.4" or 12" radio displays. A software error can cause the rearview camera image to remain displayed after the vehicle has been shifted out of reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard \(FMVSS\) number 111, "Rearview Mirrors." ## Canada (Transport Canada), as of 2026-10-19 - [2024548](/recalls/tc/2024548.md), 2024-08-15: Label. Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles. - [2023338](/recalls/tc/2023338.md), 2023-06-08: Engine. Issue: On certain vehicles equipped with a 3.0 L diesel engine, a problem with the engine tone wheel could cause a loss of signal to crankshaft position sensor. If this happens, you may notice a change in engine performance, a fuel leak, or a malfunction indicator lamp and/or service electronic throttle control tell\-tale may turn on. This could also result in a sudden loss of engine power while driving. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the high\-pressure fuel pump. Issue: On certain vehicles, the daytime running lamps \(DRLs\) will remain on when the driver switches the front fog lamps on. A recent change to Canadian regulations requires the DRLs to turn off when the fog lights are switched on. Safety Risk: Daytime running lamps that stay on in foggy conditions could cause glare and reduced visibility. This could increase the risk of a crash.
