Flash: Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the PCM with the latest available software. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation, a technician may find one or more of thefollowing DTCs have been set: P0031 - O2 Sensor 1/1 Heater Circuit Low. U0418-00 - Implausible Data Received From Brake System Control Module 1. Customers may experience the following: Long engine cranking prior to vehicle start more noticeable when the outsidetemperature is above 40 °c (104 °f).
S21250000022022-05-31. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). Customer complaint includes a Mil-on condition. Upon further investigation, one or more of the following fault codes may be set in the PCM:
90043772021-06-28. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. VALVE BODY, Complete For concern of harsh shifting occurring during one or more of the following events: - Upshifting from 1st to 2nd - Upshifting from 2nd to 3rd Scan the vehicle for DTC?s. If none are related to transmission performance, test drive the vehicle and attempt to duplicate the customers concern. If the rough shifting occurs during one or more of the events listed above, then this is a known issue. Engineering is aware and developing a resolution to address these concerns. A Quick Learn can be performed to improve these concerns. But the concerns may reappear again and another Quick Learn may need to be performed. Valve body and/or transmission replacement WILL NOT correct these concerns. If DTC?s for the transmissions performance are found. Follow the DTC flow charts to root cause the customer concern.
