20254932025-09-19. Fuel System. Issue: On certain trucks, the electric fuel heater could overheat. As a result, the fuel heater housing could melt, and fuel could leak into the connector. If this happens, the connection terminals could overheat and melt. Note: This problem could cause the engine not to start or to have trouble starting. Safety Risk: A fuel leak and/or a connector that overheats and melts can increase the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Isuzu will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the electric fuel heater. The dealer will also inspect and, if necessary, repair any damaged connector.
20222652022-05-20. Fuel System. Issue: On a small number of trucks, the wrong size quick-connector was used to connect the fuel suction hose to the fuel inlet pipe. As a result, the connector could leak diesel fuel. This could cause the engine to stall while driving. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Action: Isuzu will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the quick-connector for the fuel suction hose.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
