Certain buses equipped with 295/75R22.5 tires mounted on 7.5 inch wide wheels, fail to comply with requirements of CMVSS  120, "tire selection and rims for motor vehicles other than passenger cars." these tires and rims do not match. Correction: Dealers will replace the wheels with 8.25" wide wheels.
- [1991100](/recalls/tc/1991100.md), 1991-07-03: Steering. THE TWO BRACKETS USED TO MOUNT THE TILT/TELESCOPING STEERING   COLUMN TO THE DASH MAY FAIL AS THE RESULT OF FORE AND AFT FATIGUE   STRESS. SHOULD BOTH BRACKETS FAIL, THE OPERATOR COULD LOSE   CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND A CRASH COULD OCCUR. CORRECTION: NEW REDESIGNED STEERING COLUMN MOUNTING BRACKETS WILL   BE INSTALLED.
